Gender Inclusion Network

The Gender Inclusion Network for Insurance was formed in 2015 by a group of likeminded women from across the insurance industry. It was felt there was a gap in the existing Gender Networks in the Insurance industry, to drive change

iCAN

iCAN stands for Insurance Cultural Awareness Network. We are the industry wide independent network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector.

iWIN

iWIN – Independent Women in Insurance, was formed in 2014. It’s founding aims and objectives were to provide a forum for networking, mentoring and for targeted learning and development; which provides a coherent voice for the interests of all women within the insurance industry. Happily, Diversity and Inclusion are now high on the agendas of enlightened Corporations.

The Insurance Families 

The Insurance Families Network is a newly formed volunteer led network consisting of members from across the London Insurance Market.

The aim: to make the insurance industry as family friendly as possible allowing all those with family and caring responsibilities to reach their full career potential, achieve a happy, healthy and productive work and family life and feel truly included.

Link's mission is to create and maintain workplaces that attract and retain the best LGBT+ talent to the insurance industry.

Link works towards this goal through a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender lens, while being inclusive of all types of diversity.

WIBF

Women in Banking and Finance is a not for profit membership organisation with branches in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow, staffed primarily by voluntary Executive and Management Committees. Founded in 1980, we aim to foster our members’ ambitious spirit, with networking events, development programmes and leadership opportunities.

NGIN

The Next Generation Insurance Network ("NGIN") empowers young professionals to shape the world they live in by providing professional development and networking opportunities through an annual programme of events.

The Under 35s Reinsurance Group

Originally formed in 1972. The Under 35s Reinsurance Group has quickly developed over the years to become a large and diverse group, involved in a variety of educational and social activities for young professionals working in the reinsurance market.

The Women's Insurance Network

The-Women’s-Insurance-Net-Work  was created in 2007 to provide a platform for senior women in the insurance sector to be able to meet, discuss industry issues and exchange new ideas with their peers in a non competitive, relaxed and informal environment.  The subtle female focus of each agenda aims to provide a good balance of industry topical subject matter and issues either specific to women or simply of greater interest and importance. Speakers are predominantly though not exclusively female, and the same can be said of the participants at each meeting.

Women In Protection

Women in Protection was set up by Emma Thomson in 2017, bringing together a range of industry professionals with a shared ambition to broaden distribution of protection for advisers and access for consumers. Helping to build better financial resilience for UK families and individuals.
